Congressional reform act of 2013

It's clear that congress has no incentive to balance the federal budget. The Congressional Reform Act of 2013 seeks to leverage the actions of the Congress for the good of the Unites States citizens. It is a privilege to serve the American people, not a right. Its time to remind our elected officials that they work for us, not vice versa. If there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election. Congressmen only collects a salary when they’re in office.Congress participates in Social Security. They can purchase their own retirement plan, like all Americans do. Congress no longer votes themselves a pay raise, it will be lower of CPI or 3%. Congress participates in the same health care system as the American people, and obey all laws.
