Congressional Reform Act of 2013

1. No Tenure / No Pension.

Congress will collect a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.

2. Congressional stewardship - Social Security.

Congressional retirement fund moves to the Social Security system.

3. Congressional 401K.

The Congress each must purchase their own 401K plan.

4. Congressional pay cap.

Congress will no longer vote them a pay raise and their pay will rise by the CPI.

5. Congressional health care.

Congress is subject to the health care act that they passed.

6. Congressional equality.

The Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.

7. Term limits.

Term limits are set for senators at 2 terms and for congressmen at 6 terms.

So say we all... the American People.
