No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. they pay taxes same as everyone else
Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
Congress will pay for up to 4 trips while traveling to handle congressional issues. If congress travels more than the allotted yearly amount of free airfares, they will pay for some of the costs up to 1/3 the plane ticket cost. 
Congress are granted an amount for traveling and trips if they go over they will have to pay for
