We the people of the United States of America hereby revoke the current pay and benefits of Congress and hereby institute that all members and staff of Congress be paid federal minimum wage and receive no benefits or pensions. Congress and their staff will be required to provide their own benefits and retirement accounts beyond Social Security.

We the people revoke the ability for Congress to vote on their own compensation packages. We hereby declare that at every presidential election cycle, We the People of the United States shall vote if Congress can receive any pay or benefit increases.
