Congressional Reform Act - Congress should not have special healthcare, pensions nor vote their own pay increase.

Congress should not enjoy special benefits. By passing the following, Congress will have a vested interest in the same benefits as the American people
- No tenure, no pensions & collects salary only when in office.
-Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social Security(SS). The Congressional retirement funds would move to the SS system.
-The SS funds may not be used for any other purpose.
-Congress will no longer vote on pay increase; pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
-Congress participates in the same health care system.
-Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people.
-All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen.
