We the people encourage your administration to push for a performance-based metric system which applies to Congressional and Senatorial pay raises. Help source the increases to those who deserve it most by adding a public vote-based metric. This will help provide accountability to the government to truly represent the people, eliminate greed and corruption and give a better voice to the people.
