Congressional term limits.
I am tired of congress being so worried about being re-elected that they do not do their jobs. The current system encourages congressmen and women to seek funding from political lobby groups and compromises their decision making process. Term limits are good for the presidency so why not congress. I think 6-10 year term limits with a system to create a recall election would be helpful.
