Congressional Term Limits

Legislation is needed to ensure the Republic is always filled with fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our countries problems. The President is already held to term limits and cannot serve more than 8 years. Term limits need to be created for the House of Representatives and the Senate. The following is purposed:

The House of Representatives should have a maximum term limit of 14 years (7 elections). The Senate should have a maximum term limit of 18 years (3 elections).
