Congress has become dysfunctional. I believe the best solution is to impose term limits; terms for the House of Representatives not to exceed four terms or eight years total. The Senate should be restricted to two terms no more than eight years total.
Once out of office the members would not be eligible for any type of Government retiree benefits outside standard Social Security and Medicare.
Serving should be an honor and not Cash cow.
