All Senators and Congressmen should have term limits to reduce abuse of power and promote politicians governing rather than running for office continuously. Change House of Representative terms to four years and limit all Congressmen to three terms. Limit all Senators to two terms. Finally, limit total time served in Congress to 16 years.
