We, the aforesigned citizens of the United States of America, have concluded that the United States Congress has become ineffective largely due to partisan politics, power bestowed by tenure of individual congressman/women and the influence of lobbyists on these tenured individual members of Congress.
Therefore, we the aforesigned citizens of the United States of America, have concluded that the solution to this ineffectiveness is to limit the term of any one Congressmen/women to no more than 12 years either in the House or Senate or combination thereof.
