Propose an amendment to the Constitution limiting all members of Congress to two 6 year terms. At this time they would be required to return to private life. I believe the founders of our nation did not believe public service should be a lifetime occupation. Living off the taxpayer for your entire working life is a detriment to our political process and creates a sluggish and unproductive environment.
