Congressional Term, Salary, and Benefit Limits.

We the People of the United States do hereby petition President Barak Obama to create and support legislation limiting the terms of Members of Congress to two(2) terms for life. In addition the salary of members of Congress shall be set at the median income of United States Citizens, per the IRS statistics, plus 25% with an additional $1000.00 per month living expense while in Congress. The living expense shall be granted only to members of Congress who are present at a minimum of 85% of days Congress is in session and maintain a voting record of 85%. Any member of Congress who does not maintain at least a 70% attendance and voting record shall be dismissed from Congress and a special election held to replace said member. Government Benefits shall only apply while the member is in office.
