Many congressmen who are on boards in charge of scientific, environmental, and/or climatic policies clearly demonstrate a lack of education in said field. Certain educational prerequisites & standards should be set up and enforced in order for a congressmen to both be placed within a specified board/group and to maintain membership within that board/group.
ie: a congressmen without any common science knowledge should not be allowed on any science board.
