To some the US has a lot of problems. Some would say we have a drug problem, an immigration problem, a race problem, war problems, the list goes on and on. Yet the single most evident problem we have is a job problem. For me this is the catalyst of many of the societal issues cited above. Our ppl want to work however there has been an intellectual shift in dynamics of the type of Industrial Age employment that is available shift from manual in nature jobs to that of ones that are almost completely based in technology and centered around intellectual property based solutions. Essentially manual to intellectual labor. The Microsoft Apprentice program and programs like thesecan spur growth and development like it did for the UK - we need to expand this to anyone in the US that is willing
