Connecticut is my home state, the Boards of Education repeatedly rejected aid for children with special needs, do not provide services that federal laws entitle them and parents have to fight for months using many times the lawyers and legal services they can not afford. The boards of education of my state expect parents to desist in their struggle to fatigue, lack of knowledge of the laws and rights that their children have or because they do not have the financial resources to fund this fight. That has to change.
In my case was the Norwalk Board of Education.
