As motivated military personnel are vital for the defense of our national interests, all public figures calling for the use of military force at home or abroad shall be liable for compulsory military service at the Commander in Chief's discretion. Exemptions shall be granted for conscripts whose son or daughter is willing to volunteer as a replacement in their stead.
