consider the 14th Amendment to bypass the Congressional House which is incapable of handling the Nation's business

Enable the majority of the Nation to be represented,
the Nation's bills to be paid and the services of the
Nation to be carried on with dignity and without interruptions.
To inhibit millions lost by lack of House Congressional fair
governence and the intent of the House to fight over debt limits and possible devaluing of our bonds, increasing our interest on loans, defaulting our government against the
will of the People. In the past that cost us @ 2 billion dollars.Now it would be much more. Stop the House. Use the 14th Amendment.
