The second amendment as written by our fore fathers was and is intended to protect the people from a tyrannical government. All laws passed in the history of this country have therefore been unconstitutional. I am petitioning that all laws, federal and state, restricting the second amendment be considered an act against the Constitution and therefore null and void. This also prevents all future legislation that would stop or restrict US citizens from exercising their second amendment rights.
