All signs and speeches used or given by the "Westboro Baptist Church" are made to look as fact without actual proof given. In the event a member of this group bares a sign or makes a statement containing a racial or homophobic slur, without first clarifying that statement is their opinion, it be subject to laws that punish such acts. This will allow firm ground for any person claiming personal pain or grievances over the illegal actions a chance to file suite or action.
