consider an alternative way to stimulate the economy.

Created by J.L. on September 27, 2011

The people need a new reassurance from the government that they are comcerned with the economy. The last stimulus focused on a fast boost by giving money to banks and businesses.
The US population is just under 312million people, figuring 75% are taxpayers. That leaves 234million people roughly. If they gave these people $200,000 each, they will have spent just under $47billion dollars. Compared to the hundreds of billions of dollars they have already spent this is nothing. By giving this money to the public, the economy will get stimulated one way or another. By either spending on needs or paying off bills.
