We ask to consider our URGENT- MASSIVE need to respond to America's current job creation scarcity and continued unemployment crisis, and that this 5 MILLION JOBS PLAN will reduce unemployment by 36%, have a positive 2 yr economic impact of 400 Billion, and shifts 200 hrs/yr of work time to personal time use.
The Jobs Plan proposes 45 Ml of the work force fully employed by organizations with 9 or more employees, to work 4 hrs/wk less to (in groups of 9) share their position with One qualified unemployed colleague thus conforming his/her new 36 hrs/wk job. Resulting employment earns 93% of average BLS rates.
