"Fair Housing Regulations" are only designed to help those that were born with and could not otherwise decide the their own race, religion, sex, etc...
It does not help reform this country and its lower classified felons reform themselves and in turn give the felons that would like to make a change in the world and themselves.
Yes, there are felons with higher class offences and do not have a care in this world for what happens to it or themselves.
Non-damgerous / Non-repetitive felons such as in the classification 6 should be included in the Fair Housing Act.
These people seem to have made a mistake and many times looked over because of a simple mistake or poor judgement in their past.
Maybe this could be something like: time since conviction and has there been any problems since.
