Consider a change in unfair Child Support laws across the USA that are intended to punish fathers financially.

Created by C.H. on January 29, 2014

The child support system is a broken system across the US. When a woman can leave a man for no other reason than because she wants to and then turn around and be awarded a monthly child support payment is nothing more than punishment to the father regardless of the motives of the mother. The child support system punishes and administers financial sanctions against otherwise hardworking and loving fathers who care very much for their children. While we agree that both parents have a duty to support a child financially and emotionally the current system is unbalanced, unfair and not father friendly. It becomes even more unfair if a father faces hard times and gets behind on payments. The amounts owed never stop accruing and can become unmanageable to the point where the father can face jail.
