Consider that doctors today can legally prescribe Cocaine and Meth and immediately reschedule Marijuana to Schedule 2

Created by D.C. on April 25, 2012

That's right - Cocaine and Meth, two of the deadliest drugs are Schedule II controlled substances!

Marijuana is a Schedule I substance. The guidelines for Schedule I substances stipulate that they must have "no accepted medical value". This implies that Cocaine and Meth have some accepted medical value, which is part of the guidelines for Schedule II.

Ever heard of anyone getting medical Coke? or Meth? Neither have I. But Merck legally distributes Cocaine used as a local anesthetic, assuming the patient is allergic to everything else. And Methamphetamine is prescribed under the tradename Desoxyn as an extreme treatment for ADD or Narcolepsy.

So, Gil Kerlikowske, between you and the President, you have the power to reschedule Marijuana. Do it! There is no justice without truth!
