Consider doing more to help capture Joseph Kony and other individuals wanted by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

Created by T.F. on May 02, 2012

The ICC "is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community." (www.ICC-K.info) However, "The Court does not have its own police force. Accordingly, it relies on State cooperation, which is essential to the arrest and surrender of suspects." (www.ICC-P.info) And largely as a result, Kony has eluded capture for the past 7 years. (www.Kony1.info)

President Obama began sending military advisers last October (www.Kony2.info), and now the full contingent of 100 is assisting regional forces in capturing Kony. (www.kony3.info) This is a great start, but a lot more could probably be done, especially regarding the many other fugitives from international justice.
