Donald Trump has used his Presidential campaign to utter such illogical and often offensive statements and plans. We, the sane people of the USA, are tired of this offensive rhetoric and the sound of this carnival barker and we need a rest. We propose that his mouth be duct-taped shut for a period of two years. Provisions to feed Mr. Trump will be made by placing him in a sound-proof room, removing the tape, and feeding him. There can be no cameras, recording devices, etc. in the room when he is fed. After two years, the duct tape shall be removed on a trial basis. If he begins with his nonsense and offensive statements anew, more tape shall be applied.
