Consider the elimination of caps and limits on FICA. To make law that ALL income will be taxed, to reduce the deficit.

There is an inequality that exists in the collections of FICA tax, in which the wealthy end up paying .001% of their Gross Income (up to $113,700 in 2013) and the vast majority of US citizens pay 6.2% of their income, and dividends/investment income is not taxed...

There is an imbalance and this should be Corrected IMMEDIATELY.
