Consider enacting a voluntary sterilization program to help reduce government dependencies and stimulate the economy.

This is to address the huge problem in this country of unwanted children that end up costing the taxpayers. A program could be put into place that would reward adults on a voluntary basis to get sterilized. They could be rewarded monetarily or possibly in some other way such as school tuition. This could give an opportunity to people to avoid a lifelong mistake as well as a chance to get ahead while stimulating the economy. The money saved in welfare and food stamps should easily cover the costs of the program. This would be the rough framework.
