On behalf of Mind Control Injustice, which is an organization approved as a non-profit public charity, and back by the Network for Good based in Washington D.C I am asking that legislation be considered that makes the intentional use of torture intended to control and humiliate a child a criminal offense. I also propose that a person be given the opportunity to prove or disprove the damaging effects that the torture did, no matter when it happened. As long it happened in the United States by United States citizens
