Be it as part of US Congress bill or through an executive order...Consider allowing foreigners with advanced degrees in STEM fields from a US Univ, to be conferred a green card to help stimulate economy by retaining the talented and skilled foreign human resources to benefit US economy in the long term through education, innovation and technology advancement.
This is a key parameter that is going to distinguish US from other countries in the world to retain its super country status.
