Legalize marijuana for recreational and medical purposes. Cultivation should also be included with limits to how many plants one may harvest. For recreational purposes one must be 21 years or older and no age limit for medicinal purposes. Marijuana should be taxed similarly like alcohol or tobbaco. Also pardon anyone convicted for posession of 1 ounce or less. We the people should vote for the legalization but we will get nowhere unless it is on a ballot. It is time for america to vote for what we want.
