Detroit is burdened by $18.5 billion in debt as it struggles to provide even the most basic services to 700,000 residents. The city no longer has the resources to provide its residents with basic police, fire and EMS services.
Taking into consideration this unpleasant situation I would like to propose you to consider the matter of encouraging inward investment by stimulation of granting the green card / citizenship to those non-residents of USA who invested in real estate of Boston not less then certain amount of money (but not less then 50.000 USD )
