We petition the Obama administration to consider the granting of a temporary protected status (TPS) for all nationals of Venezuela currently present in the United States due to conditions in the country that temporarily prevent the country's nationals from returning safely.
Current extraordinary circumstances such as an ongoing armed conflict prevents the adequate return of its nationals.
