Consider the greater majority over the opinion of a few representatives.

Created by G.M. on October 26, 2011

Political standing aside, if a representative is recognized by the greater public to have ruled/voted in favor of protecting his/her own interests or the interests of a group not representing the greater public opinion, then that representative should be open to replacement . As well, to ensure that representatives continue to represent the great public opinion, performance based balloting should be opened annually to permit the public to determine if the representative should be permitted to stay in office.
