It is accepted that We the People have created the U.S. Government and sustain it through the establishment and trust in the U.S. Constitution as well as the processes of election and taxation.
Essentially We the People have created a trust where elected officials serve as public trustees or public servants for We the People, the beneficiaries of this trust.
We the People recognize various problems that have arisen over the years within the established construct that is supposed to serve the living, breathing citizens of the United States.
Given these conditions, We the People hold our elected officials and our military command who have sworn oaths to protect the U.S. Constitution in breach of trust and require them to show cause why they should not be held in breach of trust.
