A government agency that employs agents dedicated solely to the investigation of all government subsidies in search of fraud, waste, and abuse. Consider this, if one agent were to investigate and correct one cause of either fraud, waste, or abuse, that one agent could possibly recover enough funds to account for their salary. Not only have you created a job, but now you have redirected what would have been wasted funds to a tax paying employee. It could only be better if you attempted to employ those with veteran's preference, the elderly, and those already on taxpayer funded, government assistance. If offered a job, eligible applicants on unemployment couldn't very well tell you no.
