Please consider Judge John E. Jones III as a nominee for Supreme Court justice. Jones is an experienced jurist worthy of consideration for the Supreme Court. His thoughtful and noteworthy decisions on constitutional issues include the 2003 Bair v. Shippenburg case protecting freedom of speech in the university, the 2005 Kitzmiller v. Dover Area School District case striking down an "intelligent design" policy in public high school science classes, and the 2014 Whitewood v. Wolf case striking down a state ban on same-sex marriage. Jones is himself a Republican, but he has followed both the law and the evidence to deliver well-reasoned decisions on contentious issues. We believe that John E. Jones III has the potential to make an exceptional Supreme Court justice.
