I am a legal permanet resident and I have been married to a nepalese citizen and my petition has already been approved. Its already been a year that I have been waiting for my wife to see over here through legal immigration. The processing time should not be 2-3 years as far as husband and wife relationship is concerned , I find it absurd that uscis does not count it as a Immediate relative visa for spouses which it should. I wish immigration system should be fixed like other countries so that everybody who have been frustrated to wait so long to see their families and relatives will have peace in mind and live a happy life togethar.
