As a catalyst from the Planned Parenthood/Abortion debate, we propose requiring all men, upon the onset of puberty, to have a vasectomy. A vasectomy is a low-risk, out-patient procedure that has little recuperation time needed. This vasectomy can and will be reversed upon the male reaching appropriate age and desire to responsibly and humanely begin a family with another consenting adult. Vasectomies and the subsequent reversal will be mandatory, and completed by law at the cost of the individual or covered by medical insurance if available and applicable. Pre-martial sex can then be pursued by both men and women equally without risk of pregnancy or a potential resulting abortion of an unplanned pregnancy.
