The Washington Metro system is in need of repairs to make it safe. It is a vital part of the background systems to help the Federal Government function effectively. Many priority decisions are made in Washington. It is the seat of the embassies from foreign countries. It also is more likely to be a spot for terrorist activity. Substantial moving of people out of the city may be needed if such an activity takes place. Please, President Obama think of a way an executive order could help fund this and pleas to Congress from you might help.
