Consider a new "Firearms Safe Bill, for new and current Gun owners.

Created by J.K. on December 17, 2012

I would like to suggest a reasonable solution for a new firearms law that should be considered not in regards to type of guns purchased, but more on securing the private owners personal collection.1.The current Federal laws stay in effect as to the process of acquire a firearm 2.The person(s) acquiring a firearm must show a Certified Safe Certificate of Ownership (CSCO) of an approved gun safe new or used 3. If the registered owner of a firearm has his or her gun stolen, and proof is shown that due to owner negligence and or not properly secured, is used in a Misdemeanor or Felony crime, they too are subject partial responsible, and can be held legally liable, and can be subject to an accessory claim against the Firearms owner.
This safe law can help in securing firearms properly.
