In any further "gun-control" legislation, the following shall be the extent of any consideration:
1. Require all states to submit mental health records to the Federal database currently used for background checks.
2.Create a user friendly, free site for all background checks to be performed. This will allow for private individuals to be required to do a background check on a potential buyer thereby closing the “gun show loophole”.
3.Increase penalties for possession for a firearm or ammunition with multiple offenses requiring life without parole.
4.No firearm or capacity bans.
5.Elimination of “Gun Free Zones”
6.Require anyone who discovers one of their firearms missing to report the loss within 24 hours of discovery.
7. No registration of firearms.
8. National reciprocity
