We request an executive order, option : 1) Change the age of "Immediate family" and one to be considered 'child' to age 26 (like obama care) when submitting petition for 1-130. Those who have already applied & awaiting process will be included and can adjust status & given same benefits as 'Immediate family" 2) The number of Visas allotted for (F1)should be increased to twice the number so wait time will decrease;and hire enough USCIS employees tasked with processing these visas to avoid back log. 3) a system so as to allow (F1) category entry/ permit to work or go to college so that life can move on and families can stay united so financial burden lessen. Currently the wait time to obtain a Visa for Unmarried Sons & daughters of US Citizen(F1) category is approximately 5 years
