Mr President, according to several prominent Muslim Jurists, the penalty of Treason of any magnitude or scale is Death.
We are faced with a period when several Americans can be proven guilty of treason by actively or passively aligning, sympathizing or connecting with so called Islamic groups which have a declared agenda of harming American Interest including targeting innocent civilians may they be women or children.
Not that I call for a death penalty, I do however demand that a law be enacted which puts the burden of proof on an alleged American Citizen who has been suspected of aligning in any stretch of imagination with clearly identified and recognized groups targeting American interest and there by committing treason.
