Consider the posiblity to allow international students enter into medical school without requiring SS in Florida univ

I am an international student in the state of Florida really interested to get into medical school. I have the option of going to another state, but because i am doing a pre medical carrer in the state I would like to apply to one of them. My petition is about allowing international students apply in the public medical universities without the need of having a permanent recidency. Issue that does not apply based on a research in many other states of the country. Insted of this requirement It can be changed to a proof of founds which may substain the career to make sure the student can afford it and a F 1 visa which is requiered to any program for an international student who is willing to study in US
