In light of the decisions of the Supreme Court to allow for a small number of wealthy individuals control the election process, we request that Chief Justice John Roberts be removed from the bench as allowed under Article III, Section I of the United States Constitution which states:
"The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour"
As the decisions of the court under Chief Justice Roberts have clearly demonstrated, representative government has been discarded in favor of consolidated wealth.
