Consider a program that would force every American citizen to serve 20 Months of military service at age 18.

American's have lost their patriotism. We leave ourselves defenseless against our enemies inside our own country and abroad. This is a growing epidemic that needs to be stopped immediately. American's shouldn't rely on handouts from the government to survive. American's shouldn't rely on the government during a natural disaster. We as American's need to take responsibility for our lives. As American's we should be ready in the event of an invasion force or civil unrest. American citizens should serve a mandatory term of service to learn basic survival skills, emergency preparedness, a trade specific skill, and basic combat preparation.
