In response to the petitions requestion secession from the union I humbly ask Our President to consider this possibility for the option of secession from the union. Consider please taking a land mass, for instance Texas, if it so choses to secede and offer up this territory after the collection of all debts owed to the federal government and proper address of the population for those not chosing secession to relocate to an area still considered the United States, that this property be sold to China in leiu of our debt to that country, giving them all rights of ownership of property and taxation and the population to be considered soverign to the receiving country, allowing for the seceding peoples to find new government with the nation they become citizens of and no longer US citizens.
