As it stands our allies, South Korea and our Homeland have been threatened by North Korea. North Korea has been a threat to the Korean peninsula for years. Their record of human rights, money laundering, and a constant threat to the peninsula and now against the US should be enough to thwart any opportunity to allow NK to perform a preemptive strike against Us or our allies.
